Returns & Exchanges
At Curly's Furniture, we want you to love your new home setup; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that items must be in original condition and certain custom-ordered or clearance pieces may be final sale.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or visit one of our showroom locations with your original order number and receipt to begin the return process.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and protective materials included.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For small items, you may drop them off at our warehouse; for larger furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional pickup service at a scheduled time.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
